Who We Are

Fifth Station Partners is a nonprofit organization serving the greater Gastonia, North Carolina area and beyond. We began our charitable work in 2025 by providing coats to children in need, and quickly expanded to supplying essential items for people of all ages.

​

In our first six months, we distributed thousands of coats, shoes, blankets, hats, gloves, socks, clothing, backpacks, and other necessities to communities across North Carolina and into South Carolina. While Gastonia remains our primary focus, we are committed to helping wherever the need exists.

In June 2026, we received IRS 501(c)(3) nonprofit status, allowing us to expand our impact through the generosity of donors who share our mission.

Why "Fifth Station"?

Our name comes from the Fifth Station of the Cross, where Simon of Cyrene helps Jesus carry His cross. We believe we are called to do the same, walking alongside those who are weary, burdened, and in need, helping carry their load with compassion and love.

Why "Partners"?

​

Partnership is at the heart of our mission. Rather than duplicate the incredible work already being done by local charities, we support them by providing the resources they need to serve others. Our focus is equipping organizations with essential items so they can continue making a difference in their communities.

Our logo reflects the heart of our mission. The heart surrounding the cross represents our love for God and for others. The rays of light remind us that our work is never about recognition, but about pointing others toward hope, faith, and the One who inspires everything we do.
